Job Description & Requirements
pedal of Littleton is seeking a full-time bike fitter. Full time bike fitter will be responsible for leading, growing and organizing our fit business. Fit manager will work with customers and staff to identify and provide bike fits, new bike floor sizing, saddle adjustments, pedal, cleat and shoe fit, triathlon specific fits and more.
Job Duties and Requirements: Ideal candidate has 4 or more years of customer service experience and/or retail sales experience. Must have exceptional interpersonal communication skills, cheerful and positive attitude, work well within a team, be hardworking, solution-oriented and driven to succeed. Knowledge of triathlon, time trial and road cycling products and services is required. Must be available to work at least one day during the weekend and have a flexible schedule.
