General Purpose of the job The Customer Service Representative interacts with Customers on behalf of Obsession Bows, a division of Arcus Hunting. The candidate will provide information about products and services, process orders, respond to customer complaints, and process returns.
Main Responsibility Areas
  • Process orders via fax, email and telephone for Obsession Bows
  • Handles complaint resolution competently by demonstrating the ability to openly listen, asking questions to clarify requests, relating empathetically and responding in a professional way
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills while on the phone
  • Act as a liaison with sales personnel and dealers to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain working knowledge of all company products
  • Represent Arcus Hunting in a professional and courteous manner through quality phone conversation and written correspondence
  • Maintain working knowledge of all company products
Needed Competencies
  • Strong customer service skills including listening, relating, initiative, and focused on providing the customer quality support
  • Organization, planning, problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Attention to detail · Knowledge on the inner workings of a compound bow
  • Able to adapt and prioritize work to support customer base
  • Team orientated
Needed Work Experience
  • Customer service experience in the Archery industry, whether in Manufacturing or an Archery Pro Shop
  • MS Office suite of products
  • Experience with ERP systems, MS Dynamics GP a plus
Education
  • High school Degree
