Northtowne Cycling & Fitness seeks to fill not one but two positions that represent the cycling management trifecta: the Sales Manager and Service Manager will have the opportunity to work in a multi-generational, stable store in the bike industry, located in one of the most vibrant, affordable, and bike-friendly towns in America, in a career-track position with more-than-competitive compensation and a supportive boss, to boot.

Despite the dubitable success of so many cycling shops these days, Northtowne Cycling & Fitness remains a stable, profitable, and expanding icon in the industry, topping the ABBS/Top 100 Retailer list for 10 consecutive years. The shop has been an integral part of the Cedar Rapids community and cycling industry for more than 9 decades. With a new, 4th generation leader at the helm, the family-owned and -operated business is looking to cultivate a new leadership team to drive Northtowne’s position as a trailblazer in the industry. The new management team will be given the tools, training, and support to enhance their personal skillsets in order to propel the business and their own career forward.
