Job Description & Requirements
Contender Bicycles, a full service bicycle shop located in the heart of Salt Lake City and Park City, is currently looking for Bicycle Service Technicians, Sales Staff and an Operations Assistant. We are seeking hard working, team-oriented, honest, and reliable individuals that share our passion for cycling and service. We are recruiting for both full and part time positions.
PAY AND BENEFITS
Rate depends on experience.
Typically range is between $12 to $18 before bonus.
401K Matching after 1 year of employment
Health insurance available
For service positions prior experience servicing bicycles is a requirement. For sales you must help each customer feel comfortable in the shop while fostering an excitement for cycling. REQUIREMENTS:
? Must pass post-offer, pre-employment background check
? Have a proven history of being reliable, hard worker
? Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
? Great communication skills
? Positive attitude, a willingness to learn new things, and a passion for cycling
? Problem solve and troubleshoot repairs in an efficient manner
? Computer skills: effectively learn point of sale system
? Complete paperwork thoroughly and properly
? Greet, welcome, assist and service customers at the shop in a friendly and professional manner.
