Job Description & Requirements

Primary position will be as a bicycle mechanic experienced in building, maintaining and repairing all levels of road, mountain and triathlon bikes. This may include, but is not limited to, tune-ups, electronic shifting, wheel truing, bleeding brakes and trouble shooting.

Position requires ability to speak with customers, assess bikes, discuss needed repairs and/or suggest upgrades to the bikes. Must be comfortable writing up repair tickets, ordering correct parts, and following up with customers.

We are seeking someone who can also provide back up on the sales floor, answer the telephone, talk to potential customers and assist them with choosing the correct bike, clothing, shoes or other accessories.

Experience in inventory control will be helpful but is not required. Being bi-lingual will also be a great asset.
