Wildwater is a family owned and operated company. We treat our guides and guests like our family! No previous experience is required but we do want to hire team players that are ready to learn and constantly striving to be better.
We are hiring raft guides at all locations: Ocoee River in Ducktown, TN, Pigeon River in Hartford, TN, Nantahala River in Bryson City, NC, and Chattooga River in Long Creek, SC
Raft Guide: You have the largest impact on our Guest’s experience down the river. While this job is both fun and rewarding, it is also physically demanding—Guides must be in decent physical condition. Training is unpaid but provided at no cost (except Guide School). Discounts are available for required gear. Must be at least 18 years old to guide.
The season starts in late March and runs through late November, with our peak season from June-August.
Team housing is available at all locations.
