Kinetic Reps, a leading agency in the Mid Atlantic and New England, is looking for a new team member! Kinetic currently represents some of the best brands in the industry, including Outdoor Research, Hydro Flask, Oboz Footwear, Big Agnes, Native Eyewear, and Deuter.
The ideal candidate will be able to switch gears quickly and easily between administrative and office work, traveling to retail stores to educate and motivate our retail partners, helping to create exciting in-store displays of our products, assisting with selling in new products seasonally to dealers, and traveling to national sales meetings hosted by our excellent brand partners. Being flexible, ready for travel, self-motivated, detail oriented, computer and tech savvy, and having a positive “can-do” attitude are all key attributes for this job.
This is a salaried position with team and personal bonuses available as well. All travel and expenses are covered. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle that can haul sales samples (apparel racks, packs, duffels, etc.) is a must. Travel can range from once or twice weekly to once or twice monthly, depending on the season. Most weeks do not include weekend or holiday work, but there are some exceptions for special events.
Our agency is based in West Chester, PA. The new team member will join Kinetic at a state-of-the-art co-working office downtown, and also have the ability to work from home at times. Exceptional candidates based out of a reasonable daily commuting range to West Chester will also be considered.
