Phoenix Boats is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to effectively and efficiently support our customer service department.
This position requires an understanding of customer needs, clear communication, product knowledge, problem solving skills, listening skills, and a great attitude!
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to answering field customer/dealer calls and emails; meeting with customers in person, processing small part sales, following up on small part orders ensuring timely shipping and delivery and facilitating plant tours.
Previous customer services experience and an interest in the bass fishing industry is a plus but not required. Must be able to use a computer effectively utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and other company specific software programs.
