Assistant Store Manager *** TOP PAID POSITION FOR EXPEREINCE***
pedal is hoping to find a stellar assitant store manager. Looking for someone who can handle many tasks, while always maintaining exceptional customer service, and be a leader. The role of assistant store manager is to assist in managing sales, staff, operational and merchandising functions of the store to attain maximum profitability, productivity, and a world class guest experience.
3 or more years of management experience is required. Bike industry exprience preferred but willing to train the right leader.
Job Responsibilties:
Generate Sales
Assist in managing staff, scheudles, payroll, budgets, etc.
Lead staff meetings, trainings and operational procedures
Work alongside the General Manager, Service Manager and Invenotry Manager to run a happy and healthy business
Provide assistance and training to employees
Remain current on new industry products and trends
