Full-time E-Bike Shop Manager & Lead Repair Mechanic
Blank Bike is an innovative and exciting company looking for a qualified retail shop manager and electric bike mechanic to run a new location in San Diego.
The ideal person will be able to bring bike shop managerial experience to help build a growing company. They must be able to work independently, develop and manage staff, assist with customer service needs, and lead the service and repair business.
Duties and Responsibilities
= Build and manage a new bike shop
= Set up retail and point of sale operations
= Repair electric bikes and provide customer support
= Sell bikes, parts, and accessories
= Develop a team of mechanics and salespeople
= Be ready to come in and kick butt every day!
Requirements
= Experience in bicycle retail required
= Experience working in a bike shop required
= Experience managing a bike shop preferred
= Background and experience with bicycle repair preferred
= Background in customer service preferred
= Experience with inventory management a plus
= Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
= Ability to apply critical thinking skills and work in a fast-paced team environment
= Ability to travel as needed
= Ability to lift over 75 lbs and stand for more than 1 hour at a time
