As a for profit business, we use the sale of an array of apparel and accessories to connect consumers with park conservancies. Each product purchased contributes directly to one of over 40 different conservancies across the USA, providing vital funding for the ongoing care of National Parks.?
The Big Picture: Parks Project is seeking an experienced and talented sales operations coordinator. Our product ranges from t-shirts/fleece to headwear to home goods. Potential candidates must be organized, focused, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
Wholesale Operations Support
Ideal candidate will have experience in Wholesale Operations and has worked directly with sales teams, production, accounting, fulfillment, and logistics to ensure customer service, revenue and profit objectives are achieved.
The main functions of this position will include but are not limited to:
= Interface with fulfillment center, sales account managers, production, and logistics to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders
= Collaborate with sales account managers to ensure wholesale order book is accurate, up to date, and free from anomalies
= Analyze daily allocation flow to ensure alignment with customer order dates, customer requested ship dates, available inventory, and arriving product
= Organize sales data, provide reporting, and utilize suite of tools including Apparel Magic, NuORDER, and Shopify.
= Reconcile bookings reports, past cancel, hold for confirmation, credit hold, oversold, and bulk orders
= Contribute to weekly shipment planning process to ensure wholesale orders and dollars are accurately forecasted
= Monitor and troubleshoot EDI error logs and collaborate with sales account managers, IT and EDI managed services to resolve issues
= Assist the fulfillment team and 3PL warehouse in outbound vendor compliance including reviewing routing guides, vendor guideline setup and approval
= Management of sales data and tools, including NuOrder.
= Assist the fulfillment and credit teams in chargeback root cause, corrective and preventative action plans
= Collaborate with fulfillment and 3PL warehouse daily to track execution order cycle from drop to ship
= Influence cross functional teams to improve efficiency across the wholesale supply chain
= Manage fulfillment and inventory with consignment accounts
= Responsible for all business to business inventory and fulfillment
The Stuff that Makes U You:
- Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree operations or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years order management, customer service and or order fulfillment experience
- Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of google Docs / MS Office
- Apparel Magic system experience preferred or equivalent ERP with emphasis on sales order processing and execution
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, present and communicate effectively to senior management, peers, and team members
- Working knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
- A collaborative, and data driven problem solver
