Marketing Director with a Digital Foundation.
Do you love sports and the outdoors? Do you live and breathe digital marketing? Here is a rare opportunity to work for a well-respected brand entering a new phase of growth. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Marketing Director to lead us in our marketing efforts.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic brand-building and marketing initiatives
- Monitor brand performance, and evaluate ROI and KPIs to adjust strategy
- Maintain a thorough understanding of digital marketing trends, emerging opportunities, and evolving best practices across digital and non-digital channels
- Collaborate with team members and third-party vendors to maintain an aligned vision, and brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies Maintain relevance, freshness, and effectiveness of digital content
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and advertising strategies including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
- Develop and manage editorial governance to ensure consistency of terminology, voice, style, and tone across all content
- Create a monthly social media calendar and generate associated content across all platforms (company website and blogs, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.)
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Manage advertising budget and negotiate advertising contracts

You are:
An experienced professional with a strong grasp of digital marketing tools, and an understanding of how those tools play into a larger business strategy. Someone who can lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution: an analytical, creative, organized multi-tasker with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience 6+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaign
- s Experience in identifying target audiences and creating digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, , Optmyzr, SEMRush, Moz, Raven Tools, Hotjar, KISSmetrics, Trendkite. NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
