Job Description & Requirements

Job Title: Product Coordinator | Full Time | Pay DOE 

Responsibilities and duties include: 

Product Development 

- Oversee product development lifecycle from design through production and delivery 

- Maintain product development trackers for new products, product changes, supplier sourcing, legal agreements and other databases 

- Maintain weekly product meeting with internal and external partners

- Develop and maintain launch calendar for new designs and new products 

- Product development and sourcing 

- Product testing and quality assurance 

- Maintain Shopify and Quickbooks accounts ensuring all product data is entered correctly and inventory is ready to sell 

Purchasing and Inventory Management 

- Manage inventory for instore, online, and wholesale. Maintain a tight control on inventory to ensure product mins are set and no stock out occur 

- Manage vendor payment and invoices working closely with Accounts Payable

- Work closely with CFO and CEO on future expenses 

- Maintain vendor relationships - Negotiate terms, pricing, and products 

- Track packages and samples (incoming and outgoing) for the various projects the team is working on. 

- Coordinate daily daily inflow & outflow of product shipments and unboxing of packages. 

- Handle shipping overseas and domestically 

Requirements 

- Experience in apparel production or similar print industry a plus 

- Understanding of apparel development, construction, and production a plus

- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work autonomously in an organized fashion 

- At least 2 years of experience in a project management/coordination 

- Ability to multitask and handle several projects at once 

- Knowledge of these applications preferred; Excel, Shopify, Quickbooks, Project Management software
