Endurance Culture Bike Shop North Miami is looking for two new members to join our team!
Are you interested in working with people who are eager to buy their first dream bike? Are you a passionate cyclist yourself? Or maybe you’re just stoked about bikes in general and want to spread the love. Working at Endurance Culture is a great opportunity where everyone can share their enthusiasm about road, mountain, gravel, and casual riding. Outside of the job, there are shop rides that involve shredding some dirt into the sunset, and conquering hills during an early morning chill. Must be able to work at least one weekend day per week.
Requirements:
-Must have a understanding of road and mountain bikes
-Work well with a diverse team
-Having a great attitude, customer service orientation and being personable
-Former retail experience and having a deeper understanding of Specialized and Scott bikes are a huge plus, but not a requirement
