Outside Sales Representative

Position Overview: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the sale of Enso Rings’ products through wholesale accounts in the territory of Northern Utah. In this position, you will prospect for, sign up, onboard, and provide superior experiences for our wholesale partners/accounts at every touchpoint, creating Enso Rings brand loyalty through expert-level recommendations, at-once and pre-season order management advice, and guidance on all things Enso Rings – you will be the ‘go-to’ for Enso wholesale partners wanting solutions to any and all situations that may occur. About the Role

• Your top priority is growing our wholesale business.

• You will be based in your territory and responsible for following a weekly travel rotation (e.g. on the road Monday - Friday for three weeks and one week in your "home" zone).  **This is not an office-based job.

• You will be partnered with your Enso Inside Sales Representative.  This is your partner; you will work together to add new doors to our portfolio and increase re-order rates and AOV of your existing wholesale partners.

• A day in your life at Enso will look like:  grabbing your breakfast and hitting the road!  You will work with your inside partner to build a prospect plan for the week.  You will make a minimum of 20 quality in-person calls per week.  You will keep a daily record of all sales activities and distill into a simple and clear weekly report for senior leadership highlighting wins and showing areas of learning and opportunity for yourself and the wholesale business.  You will partner with other areas of the business to ensure the proper display, representation, and success of your wholesale partners.

Requirements of the Job

• Make at least 20 quality calls per week.  A quality call is in-person and results in an order.

• Must be good with 75% travel.  A true road warrior.

• Be very comfortable with a cold-calling environment and love the thrill of winning new business.

• Staff industry trade-shows as well as relevant activations in your territory to grow brand awareness for Enso and help our wholesale partners increase sales.

• Maintain an active pipeline of new account prospects and work with your Sales partner to add new wholesale accounts.  

• Track your daily activities through various reporting methods and give senior leadership a view into the wholesale business.

• Be responsive and go the extra mile for our wholesale partners!  

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
