Job Description & Requirements

Fulfillment Coordinator

Access Fund is currently looking for a  Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. This position works with a range of Access Fund staff to fulfill membership packages, store orders, event packages, complete data entry, manage incoming shipments, and maintain a well-run office environment.  This is a year-round, 20-hour-per-week role; hours may vary slightly from week to week and may require more hours during peak times. It can be flexible with other schedules. This position is based in the Access Fund headquarters located in Boulder, Colorado. 


Responsibilities


Membership & Store Order Fulfillment

  • Accurately record membership and store inventory 

  • Package and ship materials to fulfill membership packets and online store orders

  • Order materials needed for fulfillment

  • Reach out to members with returned mail to update address information


Events, Adopt a Crag, and Program Support

  • Assemble boxes with literature and Access Fund swag

  • Accurately record inventory

  • Communicate with event organizers regarding shipments

  • Order materials as needed 

  • Assist with Adopt a Crag and event requests and documentation


Assist Development Team

  • Provide support for donor relations

  • Help with fundraising needs

  • Prepare materials for events 


Merchandise and Online Store Management

  • Keep online store up to date with current products and inventory

  • Create content and upload images for new products

  • Order new products within the merchandise budget

  • Work with the Membership Team on branding and marketing pushes


Office Support

  • Check PO Box when dropping off mailings

  • Manage incoming shipments for store, events, or memberships

  • Fold new products, stock shelves, and maintain accurate inventory spreadsheets 

  • Other duties as assigned




Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and multitask

  • Proficiency with MS Word and Google Suite

  • Willing to learn cloud-based software applications including Salesforce

  • Clean driving record and up-to-date drivers license

  • Ability to take direction and work independently with minimal supervision

  • Interest in the mission of the Access Fund


Essential Job Functions

  • This role requires occasional bending, stairs, filing and carrying up to 30 lb boxes

  • Frequent sedentary work and/or stationary position


Compensation and Benefits

  • $13-$15 per hour, part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week

  • This position is not benefits-eligible
