The Operations Manager is a key member of the Julbo team and is considered the backbone of daily operations. You will oversee the inventory and supply allocation efficiency. The Operations Manager must be extremely well organized, a critical thinker, juggle multiple projects at once and handle solving problems as they arise in a timely manner. The Operations role requires complete efficiency with computers and a wide variety of business critical applications. Julbo is a French international performance eyewear company, the Operations Manager will work closely with the French headquarters on a daily basis. The daily function of this role is to communicate forecasting trends, inventory management and supply allocation to ensure timely product deliveries, invoice management while managing daily tasks within the US headquarters.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Manage forecasting, purchasing, inventory and all aspects of the product supply chain to ensure efficient and timely product delivery and accurate inventory levels
- Manage supply allocations for all Julbo sales channel to efficiently allocate inventory to those proper channels
- Monitor, evaluate and execute day and month end duties such as: account receivables and payables, lite bookkeeping and more as determined that’s needed
- Oversee and input all inbound shipments, product allocations and invoices for incoming shipments
- Assist customer service and warehouse with retailer requests, sales orders, purchase orders, operations and communications
Job Requirements
- ERP expertise, basic to expert level understanding of Netsuite is preferred
- EDI expertise, familiarity with SPS is preferred
- Experience with credit card merchant services
- Complete efficiency and high-level understanding of Excel
- Efficient with computers, both Mac and PC
- Ability to create ordering forecasts
- Ability to work well independently and with others
- Must be extremely well organized, detailed and process driven
- Highly capable of multitasking and completing projects in a timely manor

- This is a full-time position based in Burlington, Vermont at our office space in the Hula Building
