Pure Archery Group manufactures products for a portfolio of premium brands. We are looking to add an experienced product manager, preferably with experience with hunting related products, that would be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle. Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with Engineering, Sales and Marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. 

Job duties: Define the product strategy and develop road map. Lead the product and business planning process with cross functional teams within the organization. Analyze consumer needs, market trends and potential licensing partnerships. Work closely with design engineers to ensure desired outcome. Complete and manage PRD's working with other contributing teams. Schedule and lead phase gate review meetings. Assess market competition by developing competitive set of competitors products. Form collaborative ideation team to provide input to identify NPD opportunities. Schedule and lead regular scheduled update meetings with key internal stakeholders. Manage and update NPD progress report. Work with sales leaders to develop product pricing strategy. Develop and manage product end of life strategy. Work close with Marketing team on brand presence and messaging across all platforms.

Requirements: Three (3) years minimum product management experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with hunting related products preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Detail oriented and able to multitask. Team player and commitment to excellence.
