4WD Accessories & Outdoor Products Sales Position (Retail)

 

We are looking for a passionate outdoor 4WD and camping enthusiast who would like to work for one of the leading 4WD & Vehicle Outdoor accessory companies.

 

The position available is in our retail showroom where you will work as a sales specialist to promote and sell 4WD and outdoor accessories in person and online. Sales and product training will be provided.

 

 If you like trucks, camping, and outdoor adventures, have strong people skills, want to work for a growing forward-thinking company, and aren't afraid to make things, read on!

 

Requirements & Role:

·        Sales experience in a retail environment with knowledge of outdoor and 4WD products

·        Maintain immaculate presentation of the showroom and display vehicles

·        Giving customers a great brand experience with exceptional customer service

·        Contribute to a dedicated  team and a fun working environment

·        Present, promote and sell products/services to meet customer needs

·        Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

·        Handle all customer service tickets (product enquiries, sales leads, and complaints) from our website and social media channels and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.

·        Generate and follow up on sales leads though our CRM system.

·        Target driven

·        Must be presentable

·        Valid driver’s license
