Job Description & Requirements
Field Scout is seeking a freelance content producer to join our team in Portland, Oregon. Our ideal candidate thrives on a different challenge every day. You’re someone who likes being part of the big picture while ensuring no detail ever falls through the cracks. A jack-of-all-trades, master of...well, quite a bit.
This is a temporary position in a fast-growing experiential marketing agency. We’re looking for an ambitious team player who’d like to grow with us.
A LITTLE ABOUT YOU
3–5+ years of relevant content production
experience, preferably within digital/social media
Experience working with outdoor brands,
influencers, and/or content creators is a plus
Possess extraordinary attention to detail,
follow-through, and time management skills
Able to prioritize tasks to meet aggressive,
overlapping deadlines
Highly organized, flexible, positive, and outgoing
Strong communicator (verbal and written) with great interpersonal skills; a team player Passion for outdoor recreation and nontraditional marketing is a plus Willing and able to work nontraditional business hours Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record (acceptable to our insurance carrier for
inclusion on our coverage for business-related
travel) Able to manage project budgets and execute basic
arithmetic, including percentages, and have a
comprehensive knowledge of Excel
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage all planning, budget forecasting,
and execution related to assigned
projects, ensuring completion on time
and within budget, while meeting initial
goals and adhering to brand standards
and guidelines Strive to proactively—and with positivity
and composure—collaborate and solve
problems in a fast-paced environment Effectively present and communicate
your team’s work, ideas, and progress,
both internally and to clients, providing
updates and securing approvals in a
timely manner; previous client-facing
