Manufactures Representative
Denne Sport Sales Inc. is looking to hire a sales representative within our sales agency. This will be our agencies 31st year selling great product to our retailers based within the Midwest. We represent the very best footwear and accessory manufactures/brands in the industry. Currently our brand line up is Minnetonka, Baffin, and NuuSol for the Eastern Great lakes region. The ideal candidate will have footwear selling experience preferred, enjoy being on the road meeting with premier retailers within the Midwest region. This position will have extensive travel within the states of Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. This position will be best suited for someone living within the state of Michigan. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. We run our business like a family setting.
This position is fun, fast paced, working within our agency with 2 other representatives, one office person, three vendors, including our wonderful retail customers daily.
Responsibilities
· Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with accounts, vendors, and reps
· Create and update records, orders, account lists
· Sell in current line and meet sales goals
· Submit timely reports and prepare presentations for retailers
· Attend sales meeting
· Attend regional and national trade shows
Skillset to include:
· Efficient within Microsoft Office; mostly with Excel
· Excellent communications skills; involve phone and email communication daily working with accounts, vendors, and our agency reps
· Efficient typing skills
· Organizational skills
· Willingness to learn each brands system for order entry, etc.
