Tech Rep Job Description and Responsibilities

The goal of the tech rep position is to increase market presence through shoe demos, staff clinics and events. We are looking for excited, motivated climbers who are willing to travel around Colorado to be a representative of the brand. This position is part-time and flexible, designed to work around the always changing scheduling of a traveling climber.

 Tech reps will be able to write and maintain their own schedules, as well as have access to employee perks such as pro-deals and gear allotments.

 Duties and Responsibilities

Host shoe demos across a defined territory at climbing gyms

 Provide staff clinics to educate and enhance brand knowledge

 Participation in local climbing events

 Communicate and collaborate directly with the sales and marketing department 

Qualifications

Must be an avid climber 

1-3 years working outdoor retail or climbing gym experience is preferred 

Basic Excel knowledge

 Excellent communication skills
