Role Overview

Dave & Matt Vans is looking for a Prefabrication Manager who owns and elevates the day-to-day pre-fabrication production at our Rifle, CO facility.  As we plan for significant scaling, we need an impressive individual to support our employees and leadership team. The Pre-Fabrication Manager will be a key player within the Dave & Matt Vans’ production management team. This team member will be responsible for managing a team that is focused on quality, efficiency, and execution of the prefabricated components that go into our lifestyle vans.

As a manager, you enjoy mentoring your team and implementing strategies to make them more efficient and excited to come to work every day.

- Team leadership experience.

- Background working with your hands.

- Proven ability to solve problems and identify root causes; highly resourceful and takes initiative to seek internal or external advice when needed for the most effective outcome.

- Capability to create and implement processes and procedures to increase efficiencies or to meet business requirements and goals.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to build relationships with employees characterized by a high level of acceptance, cooperation, and mutual respect.

 

Physical Requirements

- Must be comfortable working with a variety of power tools and equipment

- Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 70+ pounds regularly

- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment and able to work on concrete floors.

The Nitty-Gritty

Job Type: Full time, Salaried

Schedule: 40+ hours/week.

Base Salary: Starting at $60,000. Varies based on experience and expertise.
