You will help our customers enjoy the outdoors and love our products by solving their problems in the following ways:

- Talking to customers on the phone (our customers love to call and hear a friendly voice).
- Replying to customer emails
- Answering SMS text messages.
- Working with customers over chat.
- Responding to social media posts.

To be successful in this role you should possess the following:
- You are a great communicator and brand ambassador.
- You are passionate about the outdoors and eager to share that passion with our customers.
- You enjoy helping people solve their problems.
- You want to be a part of a team that is collaborative and helps each other out.
- You can maintain a friendly disposition in high stress situations.

General Qualifications we are looking for:
- Amazing communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Desire to self-learn & receive feedback.
- Prefer to work as part of a team.
- Solid typing skills.
- Great grammar (or a really good ability to use Grammarly).
- A belief that job attendance is an important part of professional success.
- A high school diploma
- 1 year of experience
