As a manufacturer, we ship our products all over the world. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and providing excellent customer service to our consumer, dealer, and distributor customers worldwide.

Job Description:
- Sell Berd products via phone and email communication with consumers and bicycle shops.
- Process new dealer applications by communicating with dealers via email and inputting information into sales system.
- Input and process new orders from customers.
- Provide quotes for custom bicycle wheel and spoke orders.
- Monitor promise dates for outgoing shipments and ensure deadlines are met.
Required Skills:
- Proven ability to sell products
- Detailed knowledge of bicycle wheel and hub products and compatibilities
- Well organized
