ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK

Salt Lake City, Utah

SCOTT Sports is seeking a dedicated individual for the full-time position of Accounts Receivable Clerk to be in our Holladay office. SCOTT Sports was established in 1958 and has grown into an international action-sport brand. Join our team and work with our core sports divisions including Bike, Wintersport, Motosport and Running. Internationally based in Fribourg, Switzerland, the North American headquarters is located in Holladay,UT, part of Salt Lake City’s Metro Area. This position will report directly to the Credit Manager. Our team thrives on in person collaboration, please no remote applicants.

Work Responsibilities

• Review of Credit Lines for bike accounts
• Credit Association: prepare reports, correspondence with other credit managers
• Bike Receivables:
• Review credit release
• Collection calls
• Coordinating customer payments: Charging CC’s/ACH debits
• Reconcile accounts
• Daily correspondence with customers

Additional shared duties :

• Assisting in collection calls
• Monthly statements
• Bank Deposits
• Credit references

Education and Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with general computer skills
• College degree preferred or experience equivalent
• Multi-tasking capability
• Detail oriented
• SAP experience is preferred
