JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY
This Sales Associate position covers Key Accounts and Independent Retailers in the Houston/Katy Texas area.

LOCATION
Representative to live in or around the Houston or Katy Texas area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calling on and selling to Key Accounts & Independent Retailers throughout Texas
- Organize and conduct sales training
- Working Trade and Consumer Shows
- Attend Vendor Sales Meeting
- Overnight Travel
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Sales experience required.
- Industry Experience preferred
- Passion for the Outdoors
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Able to identify and execute opportunities
- Microsoft Office proficient
COMPENSATION
Salary and Bonus range depends on experience
