Job Title: 10-99 Sales Representative (Agent)
General Job Description
Do you love being in the outdoors and using great products? Do you find yourself selling your friends on products that you know and love? We are looking for 10-99 sales agents to join our growing collective of industry professionals who are dedicated to great customer service and growth for the premium brands we represent in the U.S. We welcome 10-99 agents with existing brands, but are also open to someone new to the space that will bring a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Grow and service current accounts in your specified territory
Open new accounts in your territory and ensure a premium brand presentation through placement and other means to drive sell-through and brand awareness in each account
Provide premium service and representation for all TSC brands.
Achieve sales targets and growth for your territory
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Provide relevant reporting on product performance and customer needs
What we are looking for in a qualified 10-99 Agent:
Education:
BS/BA degree preferred, but no required
Experience:
Above all… a desire to win and to do the right thing for the customer
Proven work experience as a sales representative – hardware, outdoors, fashion industry preferred, but not required
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
