Posting Description & Requirements
Le Col is looking for Independent Sales Reps or Rep Agencies in the U.S. to represent and grow our brand of premium cycling apparel. Well qualified representatives will have extensive experience developing and managing brands within a given territory. Requirements
- Must be an existing sales rep or sales rep agency with a proven track record
- Strong relationships with key accounts within territory
- High frequency store visits within your territory
- Ability to develop and solicit business from new accounts
- Organized and highly motivated
- A passion for cycling and our company mission
Experience
- 2+ years in the cycling industry, particularly with working with Independent Bicycle Dealers (IBDs.)
- Strong knowledge of cycling apparel
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience with proven results in a highly competitive environment
- Knowledge of thebicycle dealer network
- Excellent communication skills across all channels: in-person, phone and written
- Passion, energy and drive to hit and exceed goals
- Experience working with premium global brands
