SALES REPRESENTATIVE – EAST USA/NEW ENGLAND

DEVINCI BIKES is looking for an established an Independent Outside Sales Representatives for its Eastern USA / New England territory

Job Responsibilities:

1.     Actively promote DEVINCI BIKES within assigned territory, opening new accounts and growing existing accounts, while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

2.     Actively promote DEVINCI BIKES to other channels within territory including teams, clubs, event organizers and corporate accounts.

3.     Support accounts and work with an in-house account Manager to provide updates on designs, edits, web-store fronts, contact information, warranties, returns/exchanges etc.

4.     Provide training to retail shop sales staff on the benefits of DEVINCI BIKES and the technical aspects of the product.

5.     Update details of territory including, but not limited to, market optimization, demographics, trends, events, innovations, feedback.

6.     Supply accounts with marketing, sales, promotional materials as requested.

7.     Participate in outdoor events to promote the company and sell product.

8.      Provide product feedback from customers and industry, identifying trends and opportunities, share best practices.

Compensation:

• Compensation is 100% commission with no cap on earnings.
• Sales samples are provided at a discount by the company
• Reasonable sales material to be provided at no charge.

Requirements:

• Established sales agency with existing brands
• Experience in Cycling a must / passionate rider ideal
• Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills, relationship building and organizational skills.
• Professional approach with ability to cold call.
• Computer, Internet, phone, valid driver’s license, car.
