Job Description: Volt Heated Clothing Sales Representative

Reports to: National Sales Manager

Volt Heat Product Line: The Volt product line is made up of Heated Gloves, Heated Jackets, Heated Vests, Heated Socks, Heated Slippers and other Heated Accessories. Using our patented Zero Layer Heat System allows us to heat products using rechargeable batteries. There is a blend of 3V, 5V, 7V and 12V products. We make products that hit some niche markets while also serving as a lifestyle type brand. The styling and quality of our products make them great for everyday living. There is a lot of crossover on the consumer side which should make the Volt product line a great option for almost all outdoor related brick and mortar retailers.

Job Scope:

As an independent sales representative for H2C Brands LLC, you will be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. The brand you will be focused on selling is Volt Heated Clothing. You will work with the National Sales Manager for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

We have a slightly new twist in our dealer approach that we believe will set us apart from the rest. We have come up with a strategy that will breathe life back in to brick and mortar retailers. Our new products are going to all be a part of this strategy and we hope that you will want to be a part of the success.

  • Seasoned ISR with room to add another line
  • Preferably 3-5 years of proven sales history

  • Currently handles product lines in the Ski, Golf, Hiking, Powersports, Hunting or Camping markets
  • Strong knowledge of outdoor apparel
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Insured vehicle to support travel, department calls and presentations and sales within sales territory
  • Computer, tablet or smart phone with access to internet
  • Be available for travel within assigned territory
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Proven ability to set goals and objectives
  • Proven ability to achieve goals and objectives


  • Responsible for maintaining sales samples
  • Learn the functionality and operation of all products. (charging, turning on/off, turning up/down and long-term maintenance
  • Identify which products will fit best with their specific dealers and target market
  • Actively participate in local industry-related events
  • Identify, coordinate and attend regional and national tradeshows as approved
  • Maintain contact with all clients in the territory to ensure high levels of Client Satisfaction
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
  • Develop strong professional relationships with retail store owners/buyers and management
  • Develop relationships with brand ambassadors and major influencers within their specific industry
  • Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
