Mystic Cycle Centre's impact on the outside world is vital to our brand's values. Each and every day, we act with an awareness and intent to positively influence our sport. While Mystic Cycle Centre has been a staple in the eastern Connecticut community for close to 30 years, 2020 and 2021 have marked our commitment to creating education and conversation that changes our thoughts of cyclists/cycling. These conversations address issues in a constructive way that creates an accurate reflection of our modern-day sport. We truly care about the sport and the people of the sport. Our passion is contagious and that is proven through our impressive Net Promoter Score. We possess a genuine mindset for hospitality of our customers. We love the sport for our own personal reasons and we want to aid in others fervor of cycling too. We care about the advocacy side of things and participate on a local level. We also do our part to empower our youth cycling initiatives within the community.
