Company Description
SCoMBA is the Summit County Chapter of the International Mountain Bicycling Association, or IMBA. During the Winter of 2019, SCoMBA was reborn from an inactive trail association named "Summit Fat Tire Society," which was founded nearly 30 years ago. Although Summit Fat Tire Society was inactive, there was still a great interest in continuing its mission within the Summit County mountain biking community.
This led to the restructuring of “Summit Fat Tire Society”; creating a new name, website, mission, and vision. SCoMBA has seen tremendous support from the community and local land managers around trail advocacy, building, and maintenance. Our mission is to BUILD progressive trails in Summit County, MAINTAIN our vast network of trails, & UNIFY our diverse
community around mountain biking.
