- Brookwood Press is looking for a highly motivated, outside sales representative to sell print and Internet advertising for Salmon & Steelhead Journal and Traveling Angler magazines. A working knowledge of the fishing and hunting industry in the Pacific Northwest as well as Alaska and British Columbia is preferred. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly competitive, a self-starter, and personable. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing an existing account base as well as to grow the market with both current and new products. Attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities are crucial to job success. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, a great attitude and be a self-starter. Prior sales experience helpful. Reliable vehicle a must. Good grammar skills and ability to write sales proposals a must. Must be good on the phone. Retainer fee plus commission.
