Company Description
K-L Mfg. Co., Inc., is an apparel contractor who has been in business for over 45 years. A family owned business with over 100 employees. A manufacturer of top brand active and outerwear apparel and accessories. In addition, we have a graphic art department which allows us to produce digital Sublimation printing and transferring onto either cut panels or roll-to-roll. K-L began as a labor-only contractor, but we began to offer full service package programs about 16 years ago and have the ability to produce patterns in our Opti-tex CAD system, create samples, as well as purchase fabrics and trims. Our focus is to be very flexible and to find new markets to apply our skills. With over 400 pieces of equipment it allows K-L to produce many types of sewn and non sewn garments. Our machine inventory includes flatlock, coverstitch, chainstitch, lockstitch, overlock, and specialty machines such as heat transfer presses, seam seal equipment, bar-tacks, and buttonhole machines. We have also invested in laser cutting machines that allow us to cut Bemis films, as well as creating perforations on garments. We also have single ply fabric cutters and a single ply laser cutter in addition to a multi-ply Gerber cutter.
