Wanted Store Manager For New Hunting and Fishing Store opening in Dublin California
Must have experience in running a $5,000,000 in sale store with a minimum of 20 employees. Must have worked in retail for a minimum of 10 years and retail management for 5 years.Must have knowledge of sporting goods retail primarily hunting and fishing. Guns and California gun laws knowledge a must. Must be a team player, maximizes sale while maximizing margin. Provides leadership to maintain the store planogram, store appearance, proper inventory, maximize merchandising opportunities, and act as an example for the employees regarding efficiency, customer care and morale. Starting salary $60,000.00 plus incentives
