The Baltimore Chesapeake Bay Outward Bound School is part of an international education movement dedicated to the idea that people are capable of far more than they know.
Our mission is to change lives through challenge and discovery. Through wilderness expeditions and day-long team-building programs, participants safely explore outside their comfort-zone to build 21st century leadership skills.
We are actively engaged in building a better Baltimore by empowering individuals in local schools, community organizations and the police department to effect positive change across the city.
