Petra Cliffs is a Classroom and a Playground! At the core of our Indoor Climbing Center, Mountaineering School and Teambuilding Authority, we believe in the highest quality instruction, teambuilding, and adventure recreation services through experience-based education. Located in beautiful Burlington, Vermont, Petra Cliffs’ programs serve individuals of all sizes, ages and abilities. Our Indoor Climbing Center has over 8500 square feet of climbing including 30 toprope stations, lead climbing, bouldering, and Vermont's only indoor high ropes course. Petra Cliffs Mountaineering school runs outdoor rock climbing, mountaineering, ice climbing, backcountry ski and ski mountaineering programs in Vermont, the White Mountains, and the Adirondacks. Our SumMAT (Summer Mountain Adventure Training) Camp runs for ten weeks in the summer providing the Champlain Valley with the ultimate in Day Camp and Expedition adventure!
