Outback is a parental wilderness intervention program that blends the best of the "ancient cultural systems" with the most effective and proven therapeutic processes. Outback, as a rite of passage, is designed to engage students in character development resolve personal and family issues and assist in aftercare planning. There are four basic components to help students in the process of discovering for themselves where their negative habits and behaviors are leading them, learn how to make positive changes, and implement those changes: 1)Through the Outdoor experience, 2) Individualized treatment, 3)Family Involvement and 4) Peer Interaction our students learn to cope with the problems they are having.
