Customer Service Lead
Pret offers a unique opportunity to join our company as Customer Service Lead as we enter the next phase of our growing business. They will be integral in shaping the go-forward systems that are necessary to support our dealers, reps, and consumers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
= Oversee, manage, and suggest improvement of all order processes.
= Represent the Pret brand with extraordinary service and sales skills.
= Exercises diplomacy with customer inquiries and service requests.
= Resolves email, phone, and social media requests in a timely, efficient, and professional manor.
= Develops and manages relationships with dealers, reps, and logistics personnel.
= Assists and coordinates the development of sales tools and materials
= Distribution of periodic inventory and sales reports to sales reps and management
= Assist/Support Pret’s Sales & Marketing efforts
o Attend Trade show and regional events as required
o Manage, ship, and track Athlete product shipments
o Process and track photo, sales, and media samples
o Assist in development, production, and distribution of marketing and clinic materials
o Process dealer and consumer communications received via phone, web, or social
= Warranty Service
o Field and process customer & dealer warranty calls/messages.
o Track and log warranty claims/calls
o Oversee warranty and spare parts inventory
o Report issues / trends
= Participate in Pret monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes. Provide team with customer and market feedback on product, programs, pricing, & marketing.
= Minimum of one-year retail or wholesale sales/customer service experience in an outdoor category.
= Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
= Ability to work independently, work with a team, and thrive on challenge.
= Attention to detail & accuracy, self-management ability, and strong follow through.
= Ability to multitask projects, emails, calls, and chats.
= Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook. Additional skills and experience in live chat, and data management desirable.
= Reliability and trustworthiness.
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions:
Primarily working in our Park City office, with minimal domestic travel for trade shows, events, or customer meetings. Ability to work winter events which can include cold, snowy, or wet conditions.
