The successful
candidate for our Experiential Marketing Manager will develop and execute trade
strategies, field activation and experiential marketing plans, both Trade and
Consumer facing, based on target segmentation and business building objectives
to support and grow the brand. This
individual ideates, implements, oversees, measures and analyzes trade
marketing, field activation and experiential marketing strategy, processes,
content, calendar and promotional plans, campaigns and budget optimization.

Manage
experiential marketing (trade and consumer) in alignment with identified
targeted consumer segmentation strategies and guidelines to ensure appropriate
audiences are being reached.
=
Create,
refine and continuously evaluate marketing activation strategy to optimize the
brand and meet its targets.
=
Ideate,
plan, execute and report ROI on all trade marketing, field activation and
experiential marketing activations.
=
Negotiate
and manage all trade show, event contracts and consumer facing event
sponsorships and retail events.
=
Manage
remote field marketing team members and agencies, ensuring communication and
continuity of strategy and execution of all field marketing activities.
=
Design
and implement career development goals and opportunities for trade marketing, field
marketing team to create a ready pool of internal candidates for future roles
in Sales, Marketing, Product and other departments within the company.
=
Identify
programmatic goals and work with individual contributors to create supporting
goals.
=
Support
Trade Marketing Manager goal execution and completion.
=
Support
Field Supervisors oversight of goal execution and completion.
=
Collaborate
with the Digital/Social Managers to synchronize experiential activities with
other functional marketing roles to coordinate programming that creates
engaging and relevant content across the brand experience.
=
Educate,
inform, communicate and collaborate with key internal stakeholders (across all
functional departments and teams).
=
Define and drive progress of critical KPI’s and measures of brand awareness related to experiential marketing programs(trade and consumer focused).
=
Manage
and assist in the development of wholesale retail partnerships.
=
Manage
trade marketing, field activation and experiential marketing budgets,
inventories, and logistics through teams.
=
Research,
analyze and share competitive field activation and experiential marketing
insights and activity from spending time in the field.
=
Represent
the brand at relevant consumer and industry events.
=
Work
cross-functionally with the creative, brand, sales, and product teams for event
branding and product messaging.

Experience and Education:
=
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
=
At least 5 years’ experience as Field Service Rep or Manager.
=
Experience
with retail merchandising and product trainings.
=
Proficient
with MS Office, including Word and Excel.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
While performing the
duties of this job, the employee frequently stands and walks; talks and hears,
uses hands to finger, handle, grasp, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach
with hands and arms. The employee occasionally
sits; climbs; twists, stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls. The employee frequently lifts and/or moves up
to 5 lbs., and occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 55 lbs. The employee frequently pushes/pulls an
average of 40 lbs., and occasionally pushes/pulls up to 70 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this
job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth
perception.
While
performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office or
store environment and is occasionally exposed to the production
environment. Work area is well lit and
air-conditioned.
Travel up to 40%
of the time may be required to attend trade shows, events, etc. May be asked to work outside of typical work
hours as social media, product introductions, or press coverage dictates.
