What you’ll do

As a Trek Service Technician, no one day is the same as the last. This job is all about caring for bikes so their owners love riding and the rentals ride smoothly and efficiently. Here is a list of the general responsibilities:

• Manage the service and repairs aspect of the business

• Work on incoming service requests and rental fleet repairs

• Create a rental fleet maintenance plan and process

• Interact with customers and provide floor assistance

• Prioritize customer service and hospitality

We’re looking for a teammate with stellar customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and a real motivation to provide skills as a technician. Because you’ll constantly be speaking with customers to evaluate issues, recommend repairs, and facilitate setting up rentals we value fantastic hospitality skills above prior shop experience. If you’ve already worked as a mechanic, that’s great and we will put both your hospitality and technical skills to work.

• Prior mechanic experience is ideal!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:

• Mechanic or technician: 1 year (Preferred)

Location:

• Springdale, UT 84767 or surrounding area - Washington County

• 30-39

Typical start time:

• 8 AM

Typical end time:

• 6 PM

Pay Frequency:

• Bi-weekly or Twice monthly
