Job Description & Requirements

Do you have an expertise in Vendor Compliance combined with providing world class customer service?  With National Retailers?  We want you to use your communication skills and expertise in these areas to own the end-to-end order process for all of our National Account level customers.  

What will your typical day be?

=        Building on your understanding of vendor compliance, grow your understanding of our internal HLC processes and be the conduit between the two so that all orders flow smoothly form beginning to end. 

=     Proactively communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.    

=     Become the subject matter expert in this area. 

=     Be the go-to in resolving issues including pricing, programs, product availability and compliance issues.

To thrive in this role you must:

=        Have experience in vendor compliance with national retailers.

=        Be passionate about world class customer service.  

=        Be passionate about partnering for success with both internal and external customers. 

=        Be action oriented and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

What other characteristics support your success in this role

=        Proven organizational and analytical skills.

=        EDI and/or National Account level online portals experience is a strong plus.

=        Strong time management and problems solving skills.

=        A positive attitude combined with strong drive to learn and understand the process.

=        A passion for what you do for work and for fun!
