This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to get exposure in working with international companies, and Major US retailers. The right candidate will gain experience in Product development, Brand Management, Marketing and Sales.
This is a great stepping-stone position because of the amount of experience you will gain from performing various key business roles, but there is also room for growth within our own company or with one of our brands.
Responsibilities for Inside Sales and Marketing Manager
- This position supports our sales team with developing competitive marketing overviews of products and categories.
· Initiating account and/or item setup and collecting all relevant information to make sure bid is submitted on-time.
- Working with reps and salesmen on identifying sales opportunities and follow through.
- Provide the sales team with data reports and sales guides.
- Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales representatives.
- Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues.
- New Customer Prospecting. Includes doing research on the internet and making calls to collect contact information for the buying teams.
- Identify and keep up with sales trends.
- Be the company's product expert and keep the master specifications for all our product lines.
- Work with account managers to create and implement targeted sales strategies.
- Keep up with new product sales launches and make sure the sales team is up to date.
- Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests.
· Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements.
· Work on monthly correspondence with Buyers and rep.
· Be available to attend Customer meetings as the product expert.
