Job Advertisement: Sales-Inside Sales Customer Development and Retention

 

Seeking a dynamic Salesperson to work closely with E-commerce in driving revenue growth and expand our online market presence. Do you, think strategically, have a proven track record in business development, sales and customer service? Then we want to hear from you.

Job requires some travel, if needed to attend trade shows and visit customers, but most work will be done in our office in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

·         Strong customer relationship management skills, capable of maintaining and expanding the customer base at the wholesale, retail and government bases.

·         Ability to conduct market analysis and gather competitive intelligence to develop effective sales and promotion strategies for all revenue avenues.

·         Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals

·         Analyze sales data to provide insights and drive performance improvements

·         Knowledge of big box store vendor portals such as Retail Link.

·         Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart.com etc.

·         Track sales activities and help with forecasting.

·         Limited Travel both weekdays and some weekends for industry trade events and customer calls.

·         Solid experience in MS Office, retail math, and customer service.

·         NetSuite experience a plus.

·         Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

·         Technical sales knowledge is a plus.

·         E-commerce experience preferred.

·         Willingness to learn

·         Provide support to other projects and business initiatives as requested
