We’re looking for a Service Manager & Bicycle Mechanic who wants to hit the ground running, work side-by-side with the owner, and quickly grow into a leadership role. What We Offer

Service Manager: $25–$30/hr

Mechanics/Techs: $18–$20/hr

Acces
Your Day-to-Day:
-
Train directly with the owner and work alongside seasoned techs
-
Take the lead on service orders, custom builds, and customer interactions
-
Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, POS, and vendor orders
-
Collaborate with a tight-knit crew to deliver quality, integrity, and top-notch service
-
Handle customer questions in-person and on the phone with patience and positivity

Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and keep the shop running smooth
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years in labor/shop management
-
Advanced knowledge of Lightspeed POS and distributor systems (QBP, BTI, JBI, HLC)

Strong communication and leadership skills
-
Independent motivation and eagerness to learn

Integrity, adaptability, and a passion for bikes

Familiarity with brands like RadPower Bikes, Revel, Aventon

Bonus: Shimano or SRAM certifications, Microsoft Office skills, spreadsheet knowledge
