We’re looking for a Service Manager & Bicycle Mechanic who wants to hit the ground running, work side-by-side with the owner, and quickly grow into a leadership role.  What We Offer

  • Full-time position with rapid growth potential

  • Salary based on experience 

    • Service Manager: $25–$30/hr

    • Mechanics/Techs: $18–$20/hr

  • Flexible management that supports your growth

  • Inclusion in decision-making and shop development

  • Hands-on training with the owner/operator

Acces

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Train directly with the owner and work alongside seasoned techs

  • Take the lead on service orders, custom builds, and customer interactions

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, POS, and vendor orders

  • Collaborate with a tight-knit crew to deliver quality, integrity, and top-notch service

  • Handle customer questions in-person and on the phone with patience and positivity

  • Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and keep the shop running smooth

 


 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years in labor/shop management

  • Advanced knowledge of Lightspeed POS and distributor systems (QBP, BTI, JBI, HLC)

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Independent motivation and eagerness to learn

  • Integrity, adaptability, and a passion for bikes

  • Familiarity with brands like RadPower Bikes, Revel, Aventon

  • Bonus: Shimano or SRAM certifications, Microsoft Office skills, spreadsheet knowledge
