Opportunity Overview

As we navigate extraordinary growth, the time has come to find a dynamic, street-smart, battle-hardened pro to assume day-to-day leadership as President of Moondance. We seek a singular individual who inherently understands the Moondance sense of purpose (our Why) and possesses the creativity, intelligence, and leadership necessary to marry it to the strategies (the How and the What) required to propel Moondance into its next chapter.

Things You'll Do

• Partner with founder and senior leadership team to align our goals & strategic vision with our missions and values, communicating both to internal and external stakeholders.
• Master the numbers, establish ambitious yet achievable financial milestones, implement goals and guardrails, and create transparency to foster accountability across the organization.
• Pioneer new revenue channels, expand into untapped markets, and forge strategic partnerships while nurturing the exceptional business foundation we've built.
• Orchestrate daily operations to maintain flawless logistics, achieve tactical objectives, manage risk strategically, deliver transformative experiences, and cultivate a harmonious team environment.
• Amplify and evolve the distinctive Moondance brand of transformational travel experiences across every marketing channel and customer touchpoint.
• Infuse your energy, enthusiasm, insight, and expertise throughout the organization. Your electric personality and confident leadership will catalyze growth for our company, our student families, and our global partners.
