Come join our Purchasing team as a Bike Buyer.

You will handle product selection, inventory planning, vendor management and all aspects of the bike buying process. You will work closely with retail store teams, marketing and service departments to ensure the right mix of products is available to enhance the customer experience. You will manager and open-to-buy plan to ensure optimal inventory levels. You will also monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sell-through rates, margin performance, and inventory turn to make informed decision and drive financial success. Bike allocation and stock balancing will also be part of your job. You should have strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. You will need excellent negotiation and vendor relationship skills. Experience in purchasing, merchandising or inventory planning-hopefully in within the bicycle or outdoor industry.
