Atomic is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and hands-on Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team in Ogden, UT.  You will be part of the Atomic North American Marketing team and will report to the Marketing Director. The Marketing Associate’s role is to support all functions of marketing:  Digital, Product, Retail & Instore, Community and Sports Marketing. This position will also manage single and repetitive projects to be executed during a range cycle and will execute varying tasks for the team. The Marketing Associate will act as a strong coordinative link between the marketing functions but also will connect with external partners as well (athletes, vendors, cooperation partners). Peak season for this job is Fall and Winter. Marketing Associate must be able to have a flexible work schedule as needed.

 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:

 

Digital Marketing

  • Execute ongoing audits of online retailers.
  • Assist in event creation and continued rollout of the Digital Test Center.
  • Support the creation, monitoring and reporting of shop pro training and sales contests run through ENDVR.

Community Marketing

  • Promotional ordering and order tracking for online ambassador team, Pipeline project, internal marketing needs, and PR requests.
  • Assist in distribution of swag & promotional material as directed.
  • Assist in execution of key account deliverables related to instore campaigns.
  • Assistance in executing community events, sales meetings and trade events as directed.
  • Assist in equipment servicing, product organization and merchandising of Atomic product as directed.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Track & report against key campaigns/initiatives, sales contests, co-op initiatives, consumer trends & additional areas to be assigned.
  • Assist in the creation of year-end reporting for all marketing departments/functions.
  • Consumer event research and analysis –provide recommendation based on analysis for NA Events based on objectives
